Opportunity Summary The Department of Consumer and Business Services, Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace (the Marketplace) is currently accepting applications from health insurance carriers wishing to offer Marketplace-certified Qualified Health Plans and/or Stand Alone Dental Plans to Oregonians through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace and/or the Marketplace's Small Employer Program.
CMS uses Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technology and associated professional services to provide outreach and education for high priority Agency initiatives—such as the Health Insurance Marketplace related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), enrollment of low-income beneficiaries, and interaction with state Departments of Insurance regarding marketing abuse.
