Bulletin Desc: The Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services is seeking contractors to support in the implementation of the LGBTQIA2S+ Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Contractors will serve on the project advisory committee and assist in community outreach and engagement during the CHNA process. Contractors will also assist in data collection for listening sessions and a community survey.

Every five years, the Health Resources and Services Administration requires that Washington State conduct a statewide needs assessment that will be used to inform the State priorities and work plan of the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant.
