The Indian Health Services (IHS), Portland Area intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services for a one (1) day Diabetes Training to healthcare professional including three trainers, training materials, and travel which Federal Travel Regulation applies.

These courses will provide continuing professional educational credit for participants with an opportunity to receive a certificate that indicates a basic proficiency in quality and safety.
