RFP-PSC Detail: Legal services, representation, and advice to the University of Louisville regarding compliance and regulatory matters, including healthcare and employment benefits.
The contract will be to Healthcare Quality Assistance Group LLC, to provide The Joint Commission Resources Laboratory Consulting. The purpose of this procurement action is to acquire continuous survey readiness services, also known as continuous standards compliance.
In addition, all healthcare facilities face regulatory mandates and clinical accreditation standards that often increase workload requirements of the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) and Facility staff beyond their current resource levels, thereby making compliance with Federal statutes VA/VHA policy and executive orders more difficult.
Demonstrate expertise in the following areas: Healthcare facilities, Regulatory requirements, and provide work references. Inspection of the disposal facility to ensure all requirements are met prior to the start of the contract. The CO and/or COR specifically reserve the right to reject any of the Contractor's personnel and refuse them permission to perform work on the VAMC equipment.
The firm or team should have a proficiency in healthcare facility design and related healthcare regulatory bodies and must be able to accommodate planning and strategies for projects in a fully functional healthcare facility.
