The removal of heat from the facility through the tower to exchange heat into the inside of the building has been inconsistent and unsatisfactory. Please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) for more details.
The mechanical spaces servicing the building located in the center and accessible through a breezeway are small because the HVAC system is based on water-to-air heat exchange units serviced by a central plant in the neighboring Community Building to the north. Besides those on each floor, there are electrical equipment rooms as well as common mud and maid rooms.
