Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a ­Solicitation Notice for Heating Fuel Supply, Franklin Falls Dam and Blackwater Dam, Franklin and Webster, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide up to 3,000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Franklin Falls Dam Project at three (3) separate project buildings and provide up to 2,000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Blackwater Dam at two (2) separate buildings.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish and deliver up to a total of 3,500 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil, with a sulfur content of no more than 15ppm, and up to a total of 3,000 gallons of propane to Birch Hill Dam and Tully Lake Project Areas. There are five (5) oil tanks and two (2) propane tanks at the properties. Multiple deliveries will be required throughout the heating season. 

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:  Provide up to 5,000 gallons No. 2 Heating Oil and 2,500 gallons of LP Gas to Ball Mountain Dam, Winhall Brook Camping Area, and Townshend Dam at six (6) separate project buildings.This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
