Department of Energy (DOE), has a requirement for the supply, installation and testing of a finished/operational helium storage system for an Iowa State University building (Zaffarano), located at 2334 Pammel Drive, Ames, Iowa 50011-1025. All work is to be done in accordance with the Contractor Specifications and Drawings provided in Appendix A and the RFP documents.

The reservoir is about 15 miles northwest of Amarillo, Texas. The BLM will store the NGL on site for pick up by the successful bidder on this agreement.

Government Response: In accordance with Statement of Objective (SOO), the Government is seeking a vendor within United Arab Emirates (UAE) to provide Aerospace Energy products and related services, requires the filling, inspection, general maintenance, repair, marking, storage and disposal of bulk gaseous helium containers.
