Requirements Description: Sources sought to provide the government with the Mount Viewer, also referred to as the Universal Helmet Mount Assembly (uHMA), (NSN: 5855-01-680-8536). The uHMA is a component of the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle III (ENVG III), AN/PSQ-40, and the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle-Binocular (ENVG-B), AN/PSQ-42, AN/PSQ-43, and AN/PSQ-44.
Both helmet types (ACH and PASGT) require differenthelmet mount assemblies. The Helmet Mount Assembly attaches the PASGT Helmet Mount (5855-01-612-5116)and ACH Helmet Mount (NSN: 5855-01-610-8704) to the AN/PVS-14 for U.S. Military use.The Government requires an estimated quantity of 128,000 PASGT Helmet Mount Assemblies, and 640,000 ACHHelmet Mount Assemblies over a 5 year period.
