SPECIFICATION: The ammunition must provide High Explosive Incendiary terminal effects with a non-self-destruct fuze that is MIL-STD-1316 and MIL-STD-331 compliant. The projectile shall not contain a trace. The ammunition shall be provided in a linked configuration and be capable of being fired from the GAU-23 30mm cannon with no additional weapon conversions or modifications required.
