The City intends to secure one competent, proven, and qualified Supplier(s) for each group 1 and 2, to perform Preventative Maintenance (“PM”) and Demand Maintenance (“DM”) for its overhead doors and gates including ice gates, high-speed doors, and sectional doors and annual fire certification for its overhead fire doors at various City facilities to ensure that buses, cars, and other vehicles have proper access to City facilities.
