The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) plans to use the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) project delivery method to assist in the development of the Parks Highway MP 315-325 Reconstruction and Old Steese Highway Reconstruction designs.
The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Preconstruction Services, Right of Way Section is soliciting for professional Right-of-Way (ROW) Appraiser to appraise ten acquisition parcels and two TCE parcels for the Parks Highway MP 315-325 Reconstruction Project. PROPOSALS MAY BE DROPPED OFF AT OUR OFFICE.
Reconstruct the Parks Highway from MP 319-325. Project will include realignment, roadside hardware, drainage improvements and utilities.
