Northwest Highway Streetscape Project Request for Qualifications Issue Date: November 2, 2017 Due Date: November 21, 2017 Public Works Projects The City of Park Ridge Public Works Department (hereinafter City) is seeking Phase III Engineering Services for the Northwest Highway Streetscape Project.
The project begins approximately 400 linear feet west of the intersection of Bankhead Highway and Cedar Street and ends at the intersection of Bankhead Highway and Thomas Newell Way.
The work is located in Henderson, Nevada, adjacent to and within the divided median of the Boulder Highway. Items of work include the removal of existing turf, concrete headers, trees, modification to the existing irrigation system, addition of tree rings for irrigation, decomposed granite and maintenance of the existing landscaping during construction.
