The Town of Bethel is accepting proposals from contractors to install (up to/not to exceed) 2,000’ of 6” underdrain (including fabric and drainage stone), ditch, and add to road base with approximately 2,000 ton of road base/gravel as determined by Road Foreman. Some areas may require removal of failed road base, but that will be determined with the Road foreman. Ditches may require seeding, but that will be determined by the Road Foreman in conjunction with the contractor.

Pave 3” base layer of Type II bituminous concrete and an additional 2” wearing course of Type III bituminous concrete for the overlay, to a width of approx. 22 feet or approx. 2,750 ton.
