The City Council discussion was to consider a possible option to continue with its current use or convert it to a Silicon Valley Power (SVP) Sustainability and Historic Center (Center), depending on the feasibility of doing this. The City is looking for a qualified consultant team to complete a feasibility and cost analysis to assist the City in determining if the City would like to further explore this project.
