The Town of Fairlee (Town) is soliciting bids for the construction of a sidewalk along Main Street (US Route 5), from the historic Railroad Depot to Bridge Street. The sidewalk proposes crossing Main Street twice and Town Common Road once. These crossings, and any other sidewalk transitions, require concrete ramps meeting VTrans standard drawings.
The City is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to complete the renovations for the Historic Railroad Depot which consists of the following: Renovation work to include structural repairs, HVAC and MEP systems, interior finishes, exterior repair and finishes, ADA compliant access and fixtures and furniture per the drawings. *** NEW TIME*** The pre-bid meeting has been rescheduled for 02/07/2020 at 10:00am.

Summary: The Town of Remington is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified firms for Phases II and III rehabilitation work on its historic railroad freight depot. Work includes, but is not limited to: asbestos siding removal, repairing framing, sub-siding, and windows, insulating exterior walls, installing water and vapor barriers and weatherboard siding, and external priming and painting.
