Project consists of includes replacing failing walls, rehabilitating damaged walls,replicating missing finials and capitals, modifying and providing new irrigation and landscaping, rebuilding curbs, gutters, rubble walls, providing new retaining walls, replacing concrete steps and railings, refurbishing entry gates to make operational and automated, providing a lighted crosswalk across Cabrillo Memorial Drive. 

Proposal C21923 Historic wall stabilization and repair. Southbound I-25 noise wall repair. Work is at two sites within El Paso County (CDOT Region 2). Bids will be accepted only from bidders who submit a completed Competitive Sealed Best Value Contractor Bid Form by 10:00 am December 20th to daniel.lyons@state.co.us.
