The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source with David Lindley, Alexandria, VA, for writing and editing the 1993-2013 history book manuscript in a style consistent with the current partially edited manuscript.
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the capability and availability of commercial sources to research, develop, and compose a series of history books highlighting the St. Paul District between the years 2000 – 2025. The composition of the books will include a topical narrative presentation with appropriate illustrations, footnotes, bibliography, index, and appendices.
