Weight test rail system at (1) times the systems weight capacity of the rail system. Test hoist and drive motor for proper function. Test charging liners for proper voltage. Replacing batteries that are at least 18 months in service (as indicated by a dated battery service date sticker). Replacing emergency pull cords and lifting straps that fail to meet the manufacturer s criteria for PM compliance.
