HOME-ARP is a special allocation of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) intended to develop new units of permanent supportive housing that will assist individuals or households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and other vulnerable populations. The total amount available is $1,917,059.40.
The goal is to showcase art from a wide array of disciplines at locations across the city’s geography, by artists from across the city’s geography. The selected recipient(s) must comply with all requirements of the American Rescue Plan Act, as set by the United States Department of Treasury, as well as any further requirements articulated by the City of Pittsburgh.
The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of funds available through this Notice of Funding Availability. All activities must meet federal ARPA requirements and align with the City of Malden’s affordable housing needs.The Subcommittee is accepting applications on a rolling basis beginning February 4, 2022 and ending when funds are exhausted.
