The Project consists of the replacement of the existing water distribution system, including mains and services within the mobile home park and construction of a new well pump control building. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Schedule.

Furthermore, several mobile home parks have water systems onsite that could be impacted by spills of petroleum in the event of flooding event. The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation in partnership with the Vermont Department of Health is offering free assistance to homeowners in at-risk mobile home parks to help prevent damage to heating oil tanks.
