QUALIFIED PROPOSERS TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE HOMELESS POINT IN TIME (PIT) COUNT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

According to the 2022 Point in Time Homeless Count released by the Sacramento County Continuum of Care, the County of Sacramento had a homeless population of 9,278, an increase of 67% since 2019.

The County of Napa Housing and Homeless Programs Division (County HHP) is soliciting proposals from respondents with demonstrated experience and success in conducting Homeless Point In Time Counts, as required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). County HHP is the Lead Agency for the Napa Continuum of Care (Local CoC).
