(VAMC- DC) is seeking sources from contractors to assist with providing Transitional Residential Care, Treatment and Rehabilitative services to Veterans who are homeless or a at risk of becoming homeless with severe mental illness (SMI).
The Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking community providers to assist with Community based Transitional Housing Services for Homeless Veterans with Serious Mental Illness. Many of these Veterans have multiple conditions that make it hard for them to succeed in shelters or traditional transitional housing programs.
