Description The district is accepting proposals for work to be performed, includes cleaning of the entire kitchen exhaust system: Roof-Top to Cook-Top, including exhaust fans, grease hood filters, the hood, and duct work. The Roof-Top to Cook-Top process focuses on removing grease, dust, or other contaminants that may be hindering the safe operation, cleanliness, or airflow of the system (and which may serve as a fuel source for fires).
