As part of this renovation, the existing vented fume hoods were replaced by five (5) Green Solution filtered fume hoods and one (1) vented fume hood. Each Green Solution fume hood contains eight (8) filters (divided between a lower, or primary, level and an upper, or secondary, level of filters) and one (1) acid sensor that need to be replaced periodically.
