The Department of Commerce is initiating a Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) to solicit proposals from consultants interested in forming and convening a workgroup to develop a programming plan for using the Pacific Hospital Preservation and Development Authority (PHPDA) Quarters buildings 3 through 10, located at 1147 14th Avenue S, in the City of Seattle, Washington. © 2022 Washington State Department of Commerce
Attention shall be made with regards to demolition, erosion control during construction, adequate storm water drainage, proper pitch minimizing icing during winter months, new electrical lighting, adequate compaction with material selection, approved signage, clearance with Historical Preservation Society, continuity of hospital operations during construction, ADA compliant parking layout and sidewalks.
