The hotel will have lighting in the parking lot, the entrance to all rooms shall be from interior of hotel and all exterior doors shall be secured electronically. Rooms shall be serviceable and clean with no deficiencies (For example, but not limited to: Clean bedding and towels; no mold, bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, or other rodents or pests; no broken doors, phones, fire alarms, or other safety features and room amenities).
If the Primary hotel and/or overflow hotels are required by Department of Health (DOH) to cease operations, under the provisions of the law, the contractor shall report these findings to the Contracting Officer or COR immediately. Primary hotel and overflow hotels are required to have emergency battery lighting on stairwells, lobby areas, common areas, and hallways.
