The purple room is a concrete masonry structure, that consists of approximately 960 square feet.
The contractor will provide accommodations for approximately 30 individuals, accounting for 30 USG funded single hotel rooms in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

Hotel should be in metropolitan area in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Offeror should provide the evidence that hotel can facilitate the requirement of two (2) bathrooms in Executive suite. Offeror should provide the evidence that hotel can facilitate the requirement of pull-out couch and roll away bed in Executive suite. The hotel must be minimum five star.
