The successful firm will provide the City with a comprehensive study focusing on Smokey Point Blvd. and the adjacent neighborhoods, while fulfilling the requirements of the Department of Commerce, Housing Action Plan Implementation (HAPI) Grant. Contract Term Approximately May 18, 2022-July 15, 2023 Budget Funding for this contract shall be through the Washington State Department of Commerce, Housing Action Plan Implementation (HAPI) Grant.
The Housing Action Plan was developed to define strategies and approaches to meet the overall goals of identifying affordable housing needs and developing housing solutions, and was preceded by the Story County Housing Study (2021).
