The Selection Committee may also contact and evaluate the proposer’s references; contact any Proposer to clarify any response; contact any current users of a proposer’s services; solicit information from any available source concerning any aspect of a proposal; and/or seek and review any other information deemed pertinent to the evaluation process.
With the end of the moratorium, the court has resumed normal processing of eviction cases, placing tenants that were previously protected by the moratorium at greater risk of housing instability. The State has established an Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Housing Stability Services program that is intended to support access to NHERAP assistance and leverage other resources to promote housing stability.
