Summary The Department of Human Services’ Inclement Weather & Housing Stabilization for the 2022 – 2023 winter season is a robust and comprehensive plan that addresses increased emergency shelter beds, as well as ancillary supportive services. Providing overflow beds without addressing housing and support services does nothing to fill gaps in the system.
The purpose of this RFP is to appropriate approximately $722,457 towards the Department of Human Services’ 2022/23 Inclement Weather & Housing Stabilization plan.
