The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase Hewlett Packard Equipment (HPE) Hardware Support Services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW), (Attachment 1) and Equipment List (Attachment 2) for the LeMay Center.
Vendor is responsible to maintain the validity of the HPE hardware and software support during and after the equipment relocation. If HPE Re-certification is required the contractor is responsible to verify that all equipment can meet the re-certification requirements, and be re-certified within 24 hours of reinstallation.
Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit a response as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received at or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the District, based on the criteria outlined within the request for proposal. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. Applicants will then be notified of the District's decision.
