The work to be performed includes the enhancement of existing HPEM system performance (effectiveness and recuperation time) modeling tools, including JREM, ANODE, and TMax, as well as the development of new HPEM performance modeling and simulation tools for future modeling needs. The work also includes assisting in the application of these tools in the analysis of HPEM system performance.
