MT, at the East Campus Chiller/HTW Plant (#302) Address: 20 S Medical Dr East, Salt Lake City, UT 84102 Meet in Front. Effective September 10, 2018, the University has retired the previous state mandated Surety Bond Forms and is now requiring the use of the AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 and Performance and Payment Bond Form A312-2010.

Scope of Work : Install the piping and equipment needed for replacement of the makeup water system at the HTW plant as depicted in the attached drawings and specifications.   Effective September 10, 2018, the University has retired the previous state mandated Surety Bond Forms and is now requiring the use of the AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 and Performance and Payment Bond Form A312-2010.  

Please meet at the East Campus Central Chiller/HTW Plant located at 20 South Medical Drive East, SLC, UT.   Submittals shall be submitted until Tuesday, July 13, 2021 by 2:00 pm MT via BidSync only at http://www.bidsync.com/ . No official bid opening meeting will be held.
