The Birmingham VA Healthcare System human resource department requires onsite “Essentials of Human Resource Training.” A 2-day program focusing on the new and experienced Supervisor by providing Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) specific competencies on the Essentials of Human Resources. The 2-day program will be repeated the following month for a new audience and run from 8:00AM to 4:00PM each day until two sessions are completed.

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Administrative Resource Center (ARC) has a need for a contractor to provide Human Resource Training courses (described herein) to be provided on an as-needed basis through the set-up of a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). All courses are anticipated to be held virtually or in-person.

Our requirement involves training of 20 participants per session to accommodate 100 Human Resources employees during FY 21. Due to the rules and regulations that apply to the Federal Government, and even more unique regulations that apply specifically to the Department of Veterans Affairs, it is critical these services be provided by a contractor with prior VHA experience presenting Human Resources training.
