The NAWCAD intends to competitively award a single source indefinite-delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of engineering and technical services in support of the Human Systems Department (AIR-4.6) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, Maryland. This effort is a follow-on to Contract N00178-05-D-4527 M802 currently performed by Research and Engineering Development, LLC.
Naval Aviation plans and needs for the future of Naval Aircrew Systems, technology and capability gaps for Fleet operations, are identified in the 2021 PMA-202 Road Maps (Industry Day registrants will receive a link to download these road map files). PMA-202, the NAVAIR Human Systems Engineering Department, Air Force Research Lab and the Air Force Human Systems Program Office will be in attendance at these briefings.

The deadline for responses is 16 March 2021.
•5.4.3 The contractor shall provide systems engineering support, advice and recommendations to acquisition and systems engineering practitioners across SMC. •5.4.4 The contractor shall provide SMEs for program systems engineering planning, center enterprise engineering initiatives, AFSPC, AF and DoD level systems engineering requests and collaboration.
