The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking a Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment remove and dispose of two (2) each chiller, boiler, and humidifier systems; and install two (2) each new HVAC 12.5 Ton, Three-Phase Power (3ph) 230 volt (v) electric systems with 20 Kilowatts (KW) Heat to replace the chiller and boiler systems that were removed at 7701 Wagnor Road Mineral Wells TX.
