Replacement of the existing HVAC system, paint booth, and sanding booth in building 90225.  Remove existing HVAC system.   Install one air cooled chiller, 5 air handling units, 4 make-up air units, air units, fans, hot  and chilled water pump,  and associated ductwork and piping.  This acquisition will be set aside for HUBZone Small Business offerors only.   

At the same time, the Vendor(s) shall withdraw all personnel from the potentially contaminated area. The Vendor(s) shall fully cooperate with the State and perform any remedial work as directed.

The project consists of removal and disposal of the existing units, modification of any connections to accommodate new units, supply and installation of the new units, tie-in to existing duct work and electrical system, supply and install new controls (lead/lag controller), and commissioning the new unit. The installation must coordinate with existing fire suppression systems (equipment specifications attached). C.

Demolish and properly dispose of the current HVAC system c. Replace old heating and cooling system with a properly sized new system. d. Perform test and balance and ensure system operates properly.
