Installation shall include demo of existing building components, the installation of new electrical wiring and lighting, minor relocation of existing HVAC climate controls, ducting and registers, framing of new interior walls, corridor. acoustic ceiling, installation of new door assemblies, new painting, flooring, baseboards, and hardware to match existing interior finishes.

Also, the Washington D.C VAMC has three compromised pneumatic controls for their HVAC system climate control which need to be repaired.
