Equipment including cooler units, furnace unit, evaporator unit, air handling unit, duct heater, hot water coil, exhaust fans and make up air units are manufactured by Carrier. There are also three Mitsubishi mini split air conditioners. The service work must be completed by Carrier authorized representative and have SAM registration.

The Work includes the removal of the existing unit, controls, condensate piping, duct smoke detectors, gas piping, appurtenances. All ductwork, roof curb, roof penetrations and roofing remain.
