Sealed Request for Proposals for 2024-04, HVAC Maintenance at City Hall, Public Works, Seabrook Fire Station, Pine Gully Waste Water Treatment Plant, and Community House, Seabrook Project No. 2024-04 will be received until 10:00 AM on May 16, 2024, by the Purchasing Coordinator, Gerald Pierce, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586.
In addition, the CRD is also responsible for the supply and distribution of potable water to the municipalities of Langford, Colwood, View Royal, Metchosin, Sooke and the Highlands.
The selected Vendor will be responsible for providing routine preventative maintenance services on all HVAC mechanical equipment and control systems. Moreover, the selected Proposer will be responsible for providing required corrective repair services, emergency repair services and water quality control and maintenance services for ACHN.
The District is seeking the inspection, service, repair, and or replacement of all related HVAC equipment including Chill Water systems.
