E) Hydraulic Capacity - Overall, the hydraulic capacity shall be maintained as large as possible. The installed CIPP shall, at a minimum, be equal to the full flow capacity of the original pipe before rehabilitation. In those cases where full capacity cannot be achieved after liner installation, the Bidder shall submit a request to waive this requirement, together with the reasons for the waiver request.
Also these facilities shall have internal installations, doors, door hardware, air conditioning, sanitary fittings, underground water tank, generator and finishes as indicated in the attached drawings. Electrical, hydraulic and sewage utilities will be considered under incidental design and will be revised and defined per Task Order.
