The Base Bid Scope of work is as described as follows: The Base Bid will include extension of utilities, removal of existing landscape features, fence removal/relocation and addition, lighting relocation, installation of an outdoor bar pavilion, and selective demolition to the existing pool house building for integration of a new overhead hydraulic garage door.
In addition to the above listed, said contractor would also be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the twelve (12) overhead traction elevators, one (1) hydraulic elevator, and four (4) escalators in the Berryessa and Milpitas BART Stations.
