NASA/Armstrong Flight Research Center (NASA/AFRC) has a requirement to purchase and install a Moog SmartCart Load/Hold Upgrade for AFRC’s 80-channel MOOG Hydraulic Load Control System (HLCS).  The requirement is in support of AFRC’s Flight Loads Laboratory (FLL). 

ERDC-CERL intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to MTS Systems Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).The objective of the Hydraulic Structural Testing System upgrade is to acquire the capability to re-configure test set-ups, and re-assign actuators without having to move hardware and supports, and the capability to execute experimental test protocols in several testing zones.
