(vi) USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) requests a Contractor to assist the BARC facility in completing monthly, yearly, and triennial inspections for Underground Storage tanks (USTs), Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs), and support the facility Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC). A site visit will be available the morning of Thursday April 18th for this requirement.
