This requirement is to provide project management services to plan, organize, and execute an Artistic Ideas Limited Open Competition (U.S. only), for the new National Museum of the U.S. Navy (NMUSN) Campus. The Government requires a contractor to furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, under the cognizance of the Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC).

One hour is allotted for lunch from 1215 to 1315.During these sessions, companies will be permitted 30 minutes to discuss hard armor ideas and innovation.Due to the limited conference facility capacity, the number of attendees is limited to three persons per company.
Project ideas under this initiative include, but are not limited to: a. Projects that strengthen business skills among entrepreneurs from marginalized and/or underrepresented communities. b. Projects that promote the exchange of best practices and/or partnerships among entrepreneurial ecosystems in Brazil and the U.S.; c.
The Advanced Research Concepts (ARC) program will rapidly solicit ideas and explore a high-volume of promising new ideas for limited-scope investments. Projects will focus on answering high risk/high reward “what if?” questions and assessing the impact of further investment on problems of importance to the Department of Defense.
The Government’s intent with this posting is to obtain industry input on any or all portions of the attachments to include, but not limited to, needed clarifications, ideas for best practice implementation, updated methods and technology, etc.
