METRO INTENDS TO AWARD A ONE-YEAR FIRM FIXED PRICE IDIQ (INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY) CONTRACT FOR THIS ITEM TO THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING ADEQUATE STOCK NECESSARY TO SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS UPON RECEIPT OF AN ORDER RELEASE. THE QUANTITY TO BE MAINTAINED IN STOCK TO MEET THE 48-HOUR DELIVERY REQUIREMENT IS LISTED BELOW.

The Architecture program is managed by OHSU’s Design and Construction group (DesCon) and is intended to support the capital construction demands of DesCon as well as its operating partner groups which include OHSU’s Campus Services Group (Facilities – all campuses), Informational Technology Group (ITG), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Department of Comparative Medicine (DCM), and others. The Architect will provide full design services, and contract with professional design sub‐consultants as required to design the project including, but not limited to architectural, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services.

It is anticipated this action will result in a five year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contract for repair of power supplies required for use in support of the AN/ALQ-99(V) Tactical Jamming System (TJS) and EA-18G Growler programs. The quantities of repair for each type of power supply to be repaired for this procurement is unknown and will be conducted on an as received basis over the five year ordering period.

We plan to award an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) Purchase Order based on the demonstrated competence and qualifications of prospective contractors to perform the services at fair and reasonable prices.
