This announcement constitutes a DRAFT version of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Try-Decide-Buy (TDB). The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Human Systems Division (AFLCMC/WNU) is seeking industry questions and feedback regarding the attached TDB Multi-Award IDIQ DRAFT RFP documents. This DRAFT RFP will be used to further refine the attached DRAFT RFP documents prior to any release of an RFP.
