The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of DB/DBB IDIQ MACC for HVAC/ Mechanical Construction Services in Hampton Roads, VA AOR.This contract(s) will require the ability to manage multiple task orders concurrently across the Hampton Roads AOR.
This solicitation will result in the award of up to five (5) Design-Build IDIQ MACCs, unless a number more than five (5) is determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
