Amendment 0004NAVFAC MIDLANT FEAD Cherry Point North Carolina Request for Proposals (RFP) for Equipment Operation and Maintenance for the Central Energy Building, Naval Health Clinic, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point NC The work includes but is not limited to operate and maintain the Central Energy Plant 24 hours per day seven days a week.
The SF 330 shall be typed, one sided, at least 11 point Times New Roman or larger.
Work under the contract is anticipated to occur primarily at MCB Camp Lejeune, MCAS New River, MCAS Cherry Point and other MCIEAST Installations. However, work may include projects throughout the NAVFAC Atlantic AOR and NAVFAC worldwide (rare occasion).
Work under the contract is anticipated to occur primarily in the Marine Corps Area of Responsibility (AOR) including, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, MCAS New River, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, MCAS Beaufort, and Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island.Most projects will be new, repair, replacement, upgrade, maintenance, energy savings and/or sustainability projects covering the full range of the field of architecture
