Army Corps of Engineers intends to include a sole source requirement as a part of the Army Reserve Intrusion Detection System (IDS) requirement at various Army Reserve installations. The ELK IDS system is the only ACS/IDS panel that can be monitored by the central monitoring station at Ft McCoy. This action is in support of USARC ACS/IDS installs for new facilities, vaults, SCIF’s or other locations requiring ACS/IDS monitoring systems.
